Check-In and Check-Out Policies:
To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, please read the following policies:
Check-In Policy:
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM local time.
- Guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card that matches the name on the reservation at the time of check-in.
- We offer early check-in for guests who wish to check in before our standard check-in time of 3:00 PM local time.
Our early check-in policy is as follows:
- Early check-in is subject to availability and can be requested at the time of booking or by contacting our front desk staff in advance.
- A fee of $50 USD will apply for early check-in before 12:00 PM local time.
- If you wish to check in before 9:00 AM local time, an additional night's stay will be charged to your account.
- If your room is not available for early check-in, we will be happy to hold your luggage until your room is ready.
Please note that early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our early check-in policy, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk staff
Check-Out Policy:
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM local time.
- Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
- Any outstanding balance on the guest's account must be settled before check-out.
- We understand that circumstances may arise that may require an earlier or later check-in or check-out time. If you have any special requests or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk staff, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We offer late check-out for guests who wish to check out after our standard check-out time of 12:00 PM local time.
Our late check-out policy is as follows:
- Late check-out is subject to availability and can be requested at the time of booking or by contacting our front desk staff in advance.
- A fee of $50- $100 USD will apply for late check-out up to 2:00 PM local time.
- If you wish to check out after 2:00 PM local time, an additional night's stay will be charged to your account.
- If the room is not available for late check-out, we will be happy to hold your luggage until your departure.
Please note that late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our late check-out policy, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk staff.
Payment Policy:
Thank you for choosing to stay at La Puesta Sayulita. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the reservation cost is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If your reservation is within 60 days, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via credit card or wire transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
If we do not receive the remaining balance of your reservation cost by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy for information regarding refunds.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your interest in staying with La Puesta Sayulita and want to ensure that you have a comfortable and convenient experience when booking your stay with us. To that end, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation before 60 days of arrival: If you cancel before 60 days of arrival you are eligible for a full refund. Subject to a processing fee.
- Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: If guests cancel their reservation within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, the full payment of the stay is required.
- No-shows: If a guest does not arrive for their scheduled reservation and does not cancel according to the cancellation policy outlined above, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation and will not be eligible for a refund.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that could affect your travel plans, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Smoking Policy:
Thank you for choosing La Puesta l for your stay. We want to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all of our guests, which is why we have established the following policy regarding smoking:
- No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of our hotel, including guest rooms, balconies, patios, and all common areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobbies.
- Smoke-free hotel: Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking includes any form of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vape pens, or any other smoking-related devices. Smoking marijuana or any other drugs is also strictly prohibited.
- Designated smoking areas: For guests who wish to smoke, we have designated outdoor smoking areas located in specific locations. Please ask our front desk staff for the location of these designated areas.
- Fees: If evidence of smoking is found in a guest room or in any other non-smoking areas of the hotel, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the guest's account to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorizing the room.
- Fire safety: Smoking in the hotel is a violation of fire safety regulations and is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are installed in all guest rooms and common areas. Smoking in the hotel can result in the activation of fire alarms, which can cause disruptions and evacuation of the hotel.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our smoking policy. We reserve the right to ask any guest who violates this policy to leave the hotel immediately without refund and may charge additional fees for any damages caused by smoking.

Pet Policy
We appreciate your interest in staying with us. At La Puesta Sayulita we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable experience for all of our guests. Accordingly, we have established the following policy regarding pets.
Pets are strictly prohibited on our premises, including dogs. This prohibition applies to all areas of our hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Service animals are exempt from this policy and are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
Our decision to prohibit pets is based on various factors, including the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, potential damage to our property, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Any guest found to be in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the hotel immediately without refund, and may be subject to additional charges or penalties.

Hotel Policy on Noise
We appreciate your choice to stay with us and want to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing experience during your stay. To that end, we have established the following policy regarding noise in our hotel:
- Quiet hours: We kindly request that guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful night's rest.
- No parties or gatherings: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms or common areas. If you wish to host an event, please inquire about our meeting and event spaces.
- Music and television: Please be mindful of the volume of your music or television, particularly during quiet hours.
- Public spaces: Please be considerate of other guests when using common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and elevators. Loud conversations or activities should be avoided in these spaces.
- Complaints: If you experience excessive noise from another guest, please contact our front desk staff immediately so that we may address the issue and ensure that all guests are able to enjoy a peaceful stay.
We appreciate your cooperation in observing our noise policy. We reserve the right to ask any guest who violates this policy to leave the hotel immediately without refund and may charge additional fees for any damages caused by excessive noise.
