Meet Our Chef
Chef Lacho Ruiz is a culinary artist from Nayarit, Mexico. With over 15 years of experience in the world of dining, he is a distinguished member of several culinary organizations. Chef Lacho draws inspiration from his rich culinary heritage, incorporating the flavors and traditions of his past with seasonal, regional ingredients to create exceptional plates for the MAZO menu.
